Substation Renovation

This project explores the adaptive reuse of an existing electrical substation through a precise steel structural intervention. By negotiating between the constraints of industrial infrastructure and new spatial requirements, the design introduces a clear structural logic that supports programmatic flexibility while preserving the site’s industrial character. The project focuses on structural clarity, construction sequence, and the dialogue between old and new systems.
